Meet the Team

 

          As the Office Manager my primary goal is of course, customer service. My responsibilities include leasing, resident retention, account management, and serving as a corporate liaison. I have a hand in marketing, event planning, and social media advertising here at Bulldog Village. I come from a very strong sales and customer service background which allows me to easily empathize and relate to all of our incoming residents and their families. Prior to advancing into the Office Manager Position, I served as a Leasing Assistant for Bulldog Village which allowed me to begin honing my skills in Property Management. I have developed a passion for the field and the residents here. We take pride in providing service with a smile and being as accommodating as possible to those who join the BV family.

 

          I grew up in an immigrant farm working family who took pride in hard work and determination. They instilled in me very early the benefits of honoring your commitments and taking advantage of opportunities to better myself. This has lead me to have a very broad range of post secondary study. First in accounting, followed by cultural studies, and onto medicine. After moving around trying to find myself as an employee I came to realize that I was happiest in a position that allowed me to provide people with exceptional customer service.
