How Many Floor Plans Does Bulldog Village Offer?

Bulldog Village offers four floor plans: 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bedrooms. Each unit is beautifully furnished and ready for move in. Included are all essential appliances and furniture! Click HERE to see the floorplans.

Does Bulldog Village Offer Individual Leases?

Yes! Each resident has their own lease and is responsible for their own utilities. No more hassle with retrieving payments from other roommates. We want to present the most comfortable approach for every student. Click HERE to start your application today.

Are Pets Allowed?

Bulldog Village does not allow pets.

How Long Are The Leases?

Whatever your situation, we have the perfect lease for you! Bulldog Village offers three different options for leasing: Standard, 10 Month, and Single Term (5 Month). The Standard lease lasts 11 ½ months from September through the middle of August. The 10 Month lease starts in August, and ends at the last day of June. Single term leases are perfect for students just looking to rent for one term. You can choose the Fall, Spring, or Summer term. Do You Provide Roommate Matching?

As part of the application process, you are asked a series of questions designed to help determine your preferences in a roommate. After that, we will analyze your answers and find others with similar interests. We will then get back to you with suggestions for good matches and help you connect to get to know each other before deciding to be roommates.

Are The Units Furnished?

Yes! Bulldog Village provides living room furniture, a dining room table and chairs (barstools for two bedroom floor plan), full-sized beds, nightstands in every bedroom, a 4-drawer dresser, a desk and chair, a refrigerator, oven/stove, and a microwave. All you need to bring is your personal items, food, and, if you choose to live with one, a TV!

What Utilities Are Included In Rent?

Bulldog Village charges a low price monthly fee for all utilities, per resident. Each resident is responsible for their own utility bill and not a penny more. The utility package includes: water, sewer, garbage, electric, cable TV, internet, and gas. Additionally, we do not have an "electricity cap" which means your utility bill will never increase. 

Does Bulldog Village Offer On-Site Maintenance and Security?

Bulldog Village offers 24-hour maintenance for every resident. No matter what you need, or when you need it, we are here to help in every way possible. In addition, Bulldog Village provides on-site security!

What Are My Payment Options?

You may pay your rent online through the resident portal with an e-check, credit or debit card, MoneyGramâ„¢ or you may pay with a check or money order delivered to the leasing office.

 

Cash is not accepted at the leasing office.

 

What Do We Need To Bring With Us?

You will want to bring bed linens and pillows for a full size bed. If you would like a TV in your living room, you must arrange to bring that. Bathroom linens and accessories are also needed, but a shower curtain is provided. For the kitchen you will want to bring dishes, utensils, cookware, accessories, silverware, and any small appliances that you may want. If you want a television in your bedroom, the room is cable ready. Other than that, just clothes, food, and any personal items to make your apartment at Bulldog Village feel like home. We recommend coordinating with your roommates on some of these items, especially kitchen items, so that you all are not bringing the same items when only one is needed.
